I went to Dr. Graves at Hickory Plaza Dental because I was in pain. After years of neglecting my teeth it was finally time to confront the issue - toothaches in two teeth upper right and lower left. Dr. Graves was patient, kind and thoroughly professional. She addressed me with care and grace, properly medicated me with anti-biotics, arranged for oral surgery at the Smyrna location and created an after-care and treatment plan to take care of my other health and cosmetic issues. My teeth were cleaned by my hygienist, Israd and she did a fantastic job. I have avoided taking care of my teeth because I don’t like pain and I have had less than good results with dentists in the past. But Dr. Jane and Israd made me feel so comfortable, I actually look forward to my next appointments and my new smile! What a difference feeling my teeth - without tarter! If you want a great dental experience with great results, I promise you can trust the professionals at Hickory Plaza Dental - you’ll definitely leave with a smile on your face!

My experience with Hickory Plaza Dental was top notch. All the staff were professional & friendly. I had a lot of work done in one day, including - a bridge & 2 crowns. All the staff kept me comfortable and were informative about the next steps of my treatment plan. Dental assistant Tia was especially kind and worked late to help finish my care. The dentist was professional, efficient, annd gentle. If you have to have a lot of work done, like me, or just a check up I highly recommend the Dentist and the entire team @ Hickory Plaza Dental. Jamie @ the front desk, Dr Graves, Houda & Tia the hygienists ! Of important note , I had no pain the next day post all the work !!

Dr. Graves is an amazing dentist and this office is a great place to go for any dental work. The entire clinical team made me feel comfortable from start to finish, which says a lot because I’m definitely not someone who loves going to the dentist. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional, and they really helped ease my anxiety. I had such a positive experience and will absolutely continue coming here. Highly recommend!
