I hadn't been to a dentist for over a decade, so I was nervous at first, but the staff here is very friendly and accommodating. I had to have 3 extractions, 2 root canals, 4 crowns and some fillings. When I first came in I was experiencing severe pain from tooth decay, but Dr. Graves and Huda were very professional and did a wonderful job, I felt very comfortable the entire time and had little to no pain after leaving. They explained the procedures and answered all my questions.

I had a wonderful experience with Hickory Plaza Dental! I have a lot of anxiety around dental visits but the team there is so kind and understanding. They also have great financing options for procedures you can't pay for outright! Dr. Bayley Graves has a wonderful bedside manner, and she really cares about keeping patients comfortable. Highly recommend!!

My experience was great! Dr. Graves made my appointment easy and took care of all my needs. My hygienist, Israa, was very nice and informative. The assistant, Tia, took her time with my x-rays and my scan for my night guard. The office manager, Breana, made scheduling seamless and covered all of my financials with me. I will definitely be coming back again! 10/10
